Andy Bosch

Andy began working for a Sebastopol general contracting firm in 2017, where he quickly rose to Project Manager due to his attention to detail, commitment to quality, and how much clients enjoyed working with him. In 2022, Andy struck out on his own as a licensed general contractor, and has since expanded his team multiple times. His specialty is custom home building and crafting accessory dwelling units (ADUs).

In his free time, Andy enjoys long distance running, traveling the west coast, and spending time with his two rescue pups.

Shauna Kay

Shauna worked her way up from framer to Project Manager, giving her a ground-level understanding of how great projects actually come together. Starting with a bit of construction experience, she learned the trade hands-on and built her leadership style around teamwork, accountability, and clear communication.

As part of this family-owned company, Shauna takes pride in building strong client relationships just as much as solid structures. She’s known for being approachable, steady, and easy to talk to - helping clients navigate decisions with confidence and clarity. With a background in interior architecture, she has a sharp eye for spaces that function well and feel right, and she enjoys guiding homeowners towards choices that make sense practically and aesthetically.

Outside of work, you’ll find Shauna running trails with her dogs or giving back through service work in the recovery community. The resilience and integrity she lives by shows up in how she leads projects and supports the people around her.
